I am truly saddened when I see the scenes of bears being starved, confined in filthy, cramped cages, lacking care. I am truly disgusted when I review images of bears being injected with bile every day, enduring immense pain. I understand that some of you raise bears for commercial bile extraction. I also understand that this business is illegal, keeping bears without microchips is an unlawful act, and extracting bear bile is a cruel practice. Using bear bile for medicinal purposes is unnecessary. I acknowledge that everyone needs an income to support themselves, but the act of keeping bears for bile extraction is truly cruel. Bears are currently rare and face a high risk of extinction, and I believe you are well aware of that fact. I also believe that you are capable and intelligent enough to develop your family's economy without resorting to keeping bears for bile extraction. Therefore, I earnestly request that you voluntarily surrender those beautiful bears to the bear rescue center, allowing them to return to a natural, wild life. A beautiful life awaits them if we join hands in this action. It is a noble gesture that you dedicate to the bear species and, in general, to our country.
