Back in June 2021, Samsung unveiled the Galaxy Book Go and Galaxy Book Go 5G laptops. Now, it appears that the company is developing the next generation: Galaxy Book2 Go and Galaxy Book2 Go 5G.
According to Gizmochina, details of the Galaxy Book2 Go and Galaxy Book2 Go 5G have recently surfaced on the Bluetooth Special Interest Group certification website. Last year, the Galaxy Book Go lineup was introduced with the Snapdragon 7c Gen 2 and Snapdragon 8cx Gen 2 5G options instead of Intel or AMD processors. However, these devices fell short in competing against Apple's MacBook. Nonetheless, it marked a significant step forward.
Similar to last year, the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Book2 Go lineup will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon processors, as revealed on the Bluetooth SIG database with model numbers NP340XNA and NP345XNA. The leaked list indicates that the Galaxy Book2 Go series will support Bluetooth 5.2, run Windows 11, and feature the Qualcomm FastConnect 6700 chip for Wi-Fi 6E support.
