The specifications reveal that the Galaxy S24 series will utilize the Exynos 2400 processor for the global market. However, the Galaxy S24, S24+, and S24 Ultra will come equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor in the US and Canada markets. In essence, Samsung will revert to its conventional market segmentation strategy by introducing Snapdragon-powered devices in the US, while the rest of the world will receive the Exynos version.
Additionally, images confirm that the entire product lineup will feature AMOLED LTPO displays with refresh rates ranging from 1-120Hz. The Galaxy S24 boasts a 6.2-inch Full HD+ display, while the Galaxy S24 Plus and Galaxy S24 Ultra come with QHD+ displays measuring 6.7 inches and 6.8 inches, respectively. The Ultra variant boasts a 200MP resolution camera, while the regular and Plus versions feature a 50MP main camera.
Exynos and Snapdragon processors come with 8GB LPDDR5X RAM on Galaxy S24 and S24+, and 12GB LPDDR5X RAM on Galaxy S24 Ultra. Other notable features include Always-On Display, intelligent keyboard, and AI functionalities. Upon release, they come pre-installed with One UI 6.1 user interface on Android 14 operating system.
