One UI 5.1.1 made its debut alongside the Galaxy Z 2023 series as well as the S9 series, and the South Korean company revealed they have plans to release this update for older Galaxy devices in the near future.

Samsung stated that One UI 5.1.1 will be released online for Galaxy Z Fold4 and Z Flip4 'starting this month,' while older models such as Galaxy Z Flip, Z Flip3, Z Fold2, and Z Fold3 will have to wait longer.
Through One UI 5.1.1, Samsung's foldable smartphones will gain access to new features such as drag-and-drop content between apps, the ability to open apps in pop-up windows from other apps, quick switching between pop-up view and multi-window mode for supported apps, and more.
In addition to the Galaxy Z lineup, Samsung will also release One UI 5.1.1 for a variety of their Galaxy tablets. The list of eligible tablets includes:
- Galaxy Tab S8, Tab S8+ and Tab S8 Ultra
- Galaxy Tab S7, Galaxy Tab S7+ and Galaxy Tab S7 FE
- Galaxy Tab S6 Lite
- Galaxy Tab A8
- Galaxy Tab A7 Lite
- Galaxy Tab Active 3 and Galaxy Tab Active 4
Although One UI 5.1.1 won't bring exciting features like Flex Mode for the mentioned tablets, the update will include all multitasking enhancements and advanced taskbar improvements to provide users with a better experience.
