What sets Multi Door apart is its Cool Select Zone function with temperature conversion compartment, allowing users to flexibly customize 4 cooling modes and the Triple Cooling technology with 3 independent cooling systems applied for the first time in the market. The introduction of the new Multi Door fridge range is the result of a market research survey conducted by Samsung. Accordingly, modern young families always want to create high-quality culinary works, focusing on the 'exquisite' cooking trend, which combines diverse and unique ingredients with various cooking styles day by day, season by season... thus requiring cooks to be flexible in processing and to have access to diverse and fresh food sources.
Another global study by Samsung also indicates that 80% of users have the habit of adjusting the Cool Select Zone to function as a cool compartment. This means they have increased the standard cooling capacity of the refrigerator by over 0.5m3; enabling them to store additional vegetables, shrimp, fish... whenever needed. To meet these needs, the Multi Door fridge allows the conversion of the bottom, right compartment of the refrigerator, named Cool Select Zone, into a cool compartment, or a frozen compartment with just a simple button press. 4 flexible custom modes: freezing (-18oC to -23oC), soft freezing (-5oC), chilling (-1oC), and cool (3oC) allow you to be completely proactive in food preservation based on different usage needs.
In addition, the Multi Door is equipped with Fresh Zone, an optimized cooling compartment, which helps maintain the freshness and nutrition of 'picky' foods such as sashimi, freshly prepared beef, fresh milk, or cheese... Fresh Zone maintains the standard coldness even when you have to open the refrigerator door frequently. Even when you set the temperature in the refrigerator to 1oC, Fresh Zone will automatically adjust to -1oC; providing the appropriate temperature to preserve food, helping to retain the full flavor and nutrition. The independent Triple Cooling system with 3 separate cooling systems is a technology first applied by Samsung in the market, creating 3 cooling airflows in each compartment to optimize humidity and temperature in each compartment. The Multi Door will keep food fresher longer by maintaining stable moisture levels (from 30% - 70%), even when the refrigerator door is opened frequently. Furthermore, this refrigerator is equipped with a Metal Cooling metal heat retaining plate used to maintain temperature, even in case of power loss. And when combined with Digital Inverter Technology, the ability to measure internal and external temperatures as well as usage habits will reduce energy consumption by up to 24%.
