Vietnam Airlines:

Pre-purchase baggage applies to Vietnam Airlines or Pacific Airlines flights (except flights operated by ATR 72 aircraft).

Pre-purchased baggage is valid for the purchased flight and ticket, and is allowed to be date changed or changed to a new itinerary with equal or higher cost. Changes must be made at least 6 hours before the departure time of the new flight segment.

Pre-purchased baggage cannot be transferred, refunded, or exchanged for other services or passenger tickets.

In the case of pre-purchased baggage sold with tickets originating from South Korea and completely unused, refunds are allowed. The refund fee is 25% of the value of the unused pre-purchased baggage.
