Savoring fresh seafood on-site at the docks in Taiwan
Located approximately 100 km north of downtown Taipei, Phuc Ky fish port is one of Taiwan's renowned spots for fresh seafood. There are 2 ways to travel from the city:
– By car (about an hour) costing 2,000 NT ($1,500) for a spacious 7-seater vehicle. If traveling in a group and planning to visit other attractions, this option is convenient. Prices vary depending on additional destinations.
– By subway from Taipei main station (red line) to Tamsui station, then take bus numbers 862, 863, or 865 to Phuc Ky. This method saves costs for solo travelers, around 100 NT ($70) per person each way. It's advisable for those who have purchased an all-inclusive subway pass.
