Ingredients:
– Tofu: 3 pieces
– Shiitake mushrooms: 150g

Instructions:
Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients
– Rinse the tofu with diluted saltwater, then rinse with cold water and cut into square pieces.

– Trim the stems of the shiitake mushrooms, soak them in diluted saltwater or rice water for 5 minutes to remove toxins, then rinse and cut each mushroom into halves.

– Finely chop scallions.
Step 2: Cooking Tofu with Shiitake Mushrooms
– Heat oil in a pan, add the tofu, fry until golden and crispy on both sides, then place on a plate with absorbent paper.
