- In the schedule settings, choose Social Profiles. Scroll down and select Connect an Instagram profile.

- In the new window that appears, log in to your Instagram account and click Authorize.

So, you have successfully added your Instagram account to the management list in CoSchedule.

Step 4: Create and schedule posts on Instagram

- After adding the account, hover over the colorful circle on the left column. In that menu, select Calendar to access the calendar interface.

- On the calendar interface, hover over the day you want to create a post and click on the pencil icon in that date box.

- In the displayed table, choose Social Message.

- In the post creation interface, click on Select a social profile and choose your Instagram account.

- Type the status content in the white area in the middle. Then, you can add an image by selecting the Image tab or add a video by choosing the Video tab.

- To add a photo, click on the camera icon below. Choose a photo from your computer and wait for the system to upload it.

- After the photo is uploaded, click on the date and time section to schedule the post.

- There are various options like posting after 1, 3, 5 hours or customizing the time with Custom Time. Then, click Add Messages to confirm publishing the post.

- Once the scheduling is complete, you'll see the icon of your post in the selected date box on the calendar. You can also click on it to edit the post information.
