Secrets to Cooking Aromatic Shrimp and Pork Belly

Ingredients:
- 200g shrimp
- 200g pork belly
- Spring onions, seasoning.
Method:
- Peel the shrimp, clean the head, finely chop the pork belly, marinate with 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of fish sauce, 1 teaspoon of golden sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of minced garlic. Add a little vegetable oil if desired.
- Marinate shrimp and pork for 15 minutes.
- Then, heat up some oil in a pan, quickly stir-fry the shrimp over high heat for about 1 minute until the onions are well-infused and fragrant.
- Next, add more seasoning, pepper, fish sauce, and salt to taste. Stir the shrimp for a while, then add about 1-2 tablespoons of sugar, cover and simmer for about 5 minutes until the shrimp are cooked and golden brown.
- Add the meat and marinate together.
- When the water in the pan has reduced and thickened, turn off the heat and adjust the seasoning.
