Step 1: Prepare the ingredients:

- Clean the morning glory, remove the tough stems, and use only the tender parts for a crispier texture
- Peel and finely chop the garlic

Step 2: Cooking
- Bring a pot of water to a rapid boil, add a pinch of salt to keep the vegetables vibrant green.
Note: The water should cover the vegetables completely to prevent them from turning dark. Stir the vegetables twice, then quickly remove them from the water. Do not overcook, or the vegetables will become mushy and lose their flavor!

- After removing the vegetables, quickly plunge them into cold water. This is also the secret to keeping them green and crisp. Then, remove the vegetables from the water and spread them evenly.
- Heat oil in a pan, once the oil is hot, add the garlic and stir quickly.

- When the garlic becomes fragrant and turns golden, add the prepared morning glory to the pan. Continue to stir with chopsticks, then season with 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of seasoning powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of MSG, adjusting to taste. Then add a little more chopped garlic to the vegetables and continue to stir until fragrant and the morning glory looks appealing. Taste to check the seasoning, then transfer to a plate.
