- Pork back fat: 250g
- Ground pork: 150g
- Fresh shrimp: 150g
- Pork skin: 50g
- Tapioca starch: 25g
- Garlic: 20g
- Purple onions: 3 bulbs
- Various spices: bouillon cubes, brown sugar or palm sugar, honey, sesame oil, fish sauce, oyster sauce, MSG.
- Skewers or lemongrass sticks for wrapping spring rolls.
Ingredients for making dipping sauce for spring rolls: 100g chicken liver, 100g shrimp, peanut butter, 3 cloves of garlic, sesame oil, glutinous rice flour or tapioca starch, sugar, bouillon powder

Step 1: Making spring rolls
- Clean the pork back fat thoroughly, blanch it to remove any odor. Cook until tender, then dice finely. Marinate this fat with 1 tablespoon of sugar and let it dry.
- Clean the pork skin, remove any hair, wash it thoroughly, then cook until tender and finely chop it.
- Shrimp, purple onions: Finely chop.

- Garlic: Finely grind and extract juice.
- Put all the ingredients in a bowl: Raw pork leg, ground pork, pork skin, and prepared spring roll ingredients and seasonings. Step 3: Making dipping sauce.
- Clean chicken liver, remove the fat layer, then soak in unsweetened milk for 15 minutes, then drain and finely grind.
- Shrimp: Peel, clean, and finely grind.
