Step 1: Prepare the ingredients
- Rinse all vegetables thoroughly. Peel and slice the carrots into rounds or decorative shapes. Peel the lemongrass, remove the eyes, and cut into bite-sized pieces. Remove the seeds and inner membranes from the bitter melon, then cut into small pieces.
