Feeling concerned about others peeking into your personal messages? Install a message lock app on your phone to lock all messages, including: inbox, outbox, texts, emails, and more.

If you don't want someone snooping into your phone messages, use the SMS Lock app to lock them away.

- Download Sms Lock for Android

On the app's main screen, tap Enable Lock, draw a pattern > tap Continue > confirm > OK. From now on, anyone opening the Messaging app will need to confirm the new pattern password to access.

While active, SMS Lock displays a letter icon on the notification bar. To hide this icon, toggle the Notification Bar switch to ON.

Note: To prevent others from uninstalling or disabling the app's services, go to Self Protection, toggle the System Setting switch to ON. Additionally, you can enable the options below (Android Market, Install App, Uninstall App) to restrict the installation or removal of the app from the system. If you want to deactivate the lock mode, press the Disable Lock button.
