To convert Excel file content into image format, you can choose from two methods:
Method 1: Use the screen capture function by pressing the Print Screen key on your keyboard, then open the Paint application available on Windows to crop, edit, and save as desired. Alternatively, you can use screen capture software like FastStone Capture to save images. FastStone Capture not only helps you capture screenshots but also supports recording computer screen videos.
Method 2: Utilize the image copy feature in Excel (Applicable to all versions).
In Excel 2010 and 2013
Download and install Excel 2010

Step 1: Open the Excel file and highlight the block you want to extract content from, then select the Copy icon--> Copy as Picture.

In Excel 2007
