Opt for a homestay
Choose Freedumb Hostel
Situated at 2 Ngô Thị Sỹ, Ward 4, Freedumb, this hostel is just 3 km away from Hồ Xuân Hương, 3.8 km from Đà Lạt Flower Garden, and 3.9 km from Trúc Lâm Zen Monastery. It's hailed as a budget-friendly hostel that offers value for money. The spacious courtyard is convenient for parking and an excellent venue for nightly BBQ parties. With a substantial number of single beds, it's ideal for large groups. Some rooms offer a breathtaking city view.

Wind House
This homestay has been making waves for the past few months, as all you need to do is venture into the garden for free accommodation in exchange for cutting grass and caring for plants. However, the narrow and easily confusing pathways limit the accommodation to only 5-7 guests at a time, given the relatively small area.
Firewood Retreat
Close to the Tuyen Lam Lake tourist area, Firewood Homestay exudes simplicity, catering to nature enthusiasts who appreciate the serene charm of Da Lat. Firewood offers various types of accommodations, with an average price starting from 120,000 VND per person per night, and no price hikes during holidays or Tet (Lunar New Year).
Bamboo Haven
While not a newcomer in the homestay scene, Tre’s House remains a mysterious and unique destination for travelers. The entire interior is crafted from recycled materials or natural elements such as bamboo, wood, and mostly curated items, making each piece one of a kind. Tre’s House features two double rooms ranging from 400,000 to 500,000 VND per room per night, and dormitory rooms at 150,000 VND per bed per night. Guests share common areas, a kitchen, and an outdoor bathroom set amidst a lush green garden. Adjacent to the living space is a vast garden, giving birth to thousands of enchanting photo opportunities.

Unique Café Check-in
Vintage Brew House
This café is housed in a charming 70-year-old building, and it's surprising to see how every small item has been meticulously preserved to this day. The café is divided into cozy spaces, perfect for intimate conversations. The most enchanting spots are those overlooking the vibrant red camellia garden under the Da Lat sun, adding a touch of splendor. The carefully curated playlist of romantic melodies from timeless classics takes you back 70 years. An afternoon here, enveloped in the aroma of coffee blending with the scent of flowers, is truly serene.

Madam Năm's Shuttlecock Café
Apart from the iconic Tung's, this is one of the few places that preserves the vintage coffee flavor of Dalat. A tiny spot with a few small tables, serving classic beverages, yet it attracts a steady stream of customers from early morning till evening. The coffee here is brewed using a shuttlecock, ensuring a unique flavor that cannot be mistaken for anywhere else. The majority of patrons are locals, with a few seasoned tourists.
