However, sometimes you may only want to print a single page of an Excel or Word document, or print only certain pages of Excel, PDF, or Word. How to do it? It's simple, just follow the method of selecting single pages, multiple separate pages, consecutive pages, or entire document to smoothly perform this trick.
How to Select Printing Options: Single Page, Multiple Separate Pages, Consecutive Pages, or Entire Document:
Step 1: Open the Word, Excel, or PDF file you wish to print. If it's a Word document, click on Print to access the printing feature.
Step 2: In the printing interface, pay attention to the following sections:
All: Allows printing of all content, this is the conventional method.
Current: Prints only the current page, allowing users to print the page they are viewing.
To select single pages, multiple separate pages, or consecutive pages, you need to mark them in Pages.
For selecting individual pages, use commas; for selecting consecutive pages, use hyphens.
For example: Enter 1,5,7-12 into Pages (prints pages 1, 5, and from 7 to 12. Other pages will not be printed).
To print a single page separately, just enter only the page number into Pages. Finally, press OK to print the document immediately.
