1. Connect computers using Ultraviewer
To establish file transfer capabilities on Ultraviewer, your computer and the partner's machine must first connect. Ultraviewer will provide each user with a unique ID and password. Request your partner to send this information to gain control or vice versa.
Enter the partner's ID and Password into the information box on the right side of the screen and click Start to take control.

2. Sending and Receiving Files on Ultraviewer
Step 1: When both machines are connected, you'll see an arrow icon in the top-right corner of the screen. Click on it to open the chat frame (or use the shortcut key F1 to open the chat window).
Step 2: Next, click on the Pin icon to open the folder and locate the file you want to send.
Step 3: Select the file you want to send and click Open to send the file through the chat window.
