While many third-party apps have integrated this feature, the standout performer is the app from Sparks Mobile, Inc called 'GIFjam.' With GIFjam, you can send your hilarious animated memes along with your witty remarks through Facebook Messenger.
Dynamic images typically operate for a few seconds, continuously looping, and are mainly humorous, satirical, and very entertaining.
Applications with similar functionality to GIFjam can be standalone, allowing users to use these apps to integrate the sharing feature and send content to friends on Facebook. However, with the new Messenger platform, GIFjam can be understood as a feature within Messenger itself. From selecting dynamic images, adding text, to sending, users remain within the Messenger chat frame.
On the new Messenger platform, in addition to GIFjam, there are over 40 other apps that perform exceptionally well, such as The Weather Channel, Fotor, Giphy, Bitmoji, ESPN, JibJab, Ditty, and more.
As the new Messenger version currently does not support Android and other operating systems, GIFjam is only available for devices running iOS.
