The feature of sending messages to multiple people at once on Zalo has just been updated in the latest version of Zalo. However, the feature of sending messages to multiple people at once on Zalo is currently only available on the Zalo desktop version. Therefore, those who install Zalo on their computers will be prioritized to use this feature. This is not the first time that users install Zalo on their computers have been favored with features compared to the mobile version.

How to send messages to multiple people at once on Zalo PC
- If you haven't installed Zalo PC yet, get it here. Download Zalo PC.
If you have a smartphone, get Zalo on your device.

Step 1: To utilize the feature of messaging multiple people simultaneously on Zalo, we can use existing tags on Zalo. However, Mytour will create a new tag for classification as shown below.
Step 2: You click on 'Add classification tag' to add a tag.
You click on tag icon to choose a color and then enter the tag name. Then you press 'Confirm
Step 3: On the left side of 'Classification', you click on the tag you want to send a message to and then you click on 'Add conversation to '...''
Step 4: You select the people you want to add to that tag then click on 'Add' as shown below. Mytour guides to select the Em tag, while other tags like Family tag, Customer tag ... you do the same.
Step 5: Now, you click on 'Send messages simultaneously'.
Step 6: You select the people you want to message. After selecting, you click on 'Start'.
Step 7: As the new year is approaching, you compose and send Tet greetings to everyone.
After composing your message, press Enter or click on 'Send' to send the message. The result will be as follows.
Send messages to multiple people at once on Zalo for Android, iOS
Apart from using the computer, you can also send messages simultaneously to multiple people on Zalo on your phone with the following steps:
Step 1: Open the Zalo app on your phone, select a friend you want to message, and after composing the message, press and hold the message (Image 1). When options appear, click on 'Forward' to share the message simultaneously with multiple people (Image 2).
Step 2: When displaying the list of groups and friends, you find and click on the people you want to message (Image 3). Once you've finished selecting, look at the bottom right corner, click on the arrow (Image 4) to send the message.
The message will be sent simultaneously to the people you selected.
Note: You can send multiple messages at once to multiple people. Here's how: After pressing and holding the message to send, instead of clicking Forward, click on 'Select multiple' (Image 6) then you click on the box to select the message (arrow 1). Once selected, click on 'Share' (arrow 2) (Image 7) and proceed similarly to sharing a message with multiple people above.
The feature of messaging multiple people at once on Zalo is currently only available on the Zalo desktop version. Additionally, this feature currently limits users to messaging only those who have previously conversed with them. If there has been no prior conversation, this feature cannot be used, hence it still encounters many restrictions. Hopefully, in the near future, Zalo will improve upon this.
