Currently, mobile networks do not support cross-network money transfers, including Viettel. Therefore, you cannot transfer money from Viettel to Vina or to other networks like MobiFone or Vietnamobile. Viettel Money Transfer Conditions
* Must be a prepaid Viettel subscriber active for at least 180 days from activation date.
* Subscriber must have full 2-way functionality.
* Original account must have sufficient funds for transfer and transfer fee payment.
* Subscribers enjoy 3 months of free service, then registration is required.

- Important notes for transfers:
* The phone number must be a prepaid Viettel number.
* The amount must be a multiple of 1000 VND and not exceed 50,000 VND.
* Daily transfers cannot exceed 300,000 VND.
* Transfer fee is 5% of the transfer value.
Step 1: To be able to send money from Viettel or any other network, we must first obtain the Viettel money transfer password. There are 2 syntaxes to help you get the password for sending money, including:
- Syntax 1: Type MK and send to 136.
- Syntax 2: Type MK password> and send to 136.
Note: The password must consist of 8 consecutive characters.
Step 2: To transfer money from Viettel, we use the following syntax:
*136*password*Recipient's Phone Number*Amount#.
Example: If you want to send money to phone number 0369.66.99.69 with an amount of 50,000 VND, you would type the syntax as follows:
*136*66669999*0369669969*50000#
Once you've completed the syntax, it means you've successfully sent money from Viettel. Make sure to check both networks to confirm the sent and received amounts.

Retrieve Viettel Money Transfer Password
Long periods of inactivity can cause you to forget your money transfer password. That's why Viettel allows users to retrieve their money transfer password using the following method.
Step 1: First, you need to check your personal code by typing TRAMA Phone1 Phone2 Phone3 and sending to 143.
Note: Phone1, Phone2, Phone3 are 3 phone numbers you frequently contact.
Step 2: Type the syntax KP code and send to 136.
Note: Personal code consists of letters and numbers written together.
Here are all the things you need to know, helping you to quickly and effectively send money from Viettel to Vina. Sending money when necessary can be very helpful, but please note that whether it's sending money with Viettel or any other network, it's only a temporary solution. Avoid overusing this Viettel money transfer feature as there are many ways to top up your phone account without buying top-up cards.
