The easiest way to lock onto specific targets in League of Legends: Speed War is to use the Portrait Lock feature, which can be found in the Settings under the Targeting Page tab. If you activate this feature, the enemy champion's portrait will appear around you during combat.

On the main interface at the lobby, click on the Setting icon to access the setup section. Then navigate to the Controls tab => turn On at Portrait Lock as depicted in the image provided by Mytour below.
