During Excel spreadsheet operations, it's crucial to frequently save data within short intervals to avoid losing data due to power outages or other unforeseen circumstances. By default, Excel automatically saves every 10 minutes. However, you can adjust the autosave interval to suit your needs.

Guidance on changing the automatic saving time in Excel.
For Excel 2010 users.
Step 1: Open your Excel file, then select File -> Options.

Step 2: In Excel Options, choose Save from the left menu.

Step 3: In the Save workbooks section, the default autosave interval is 10 minutes. Change the autosave interval in the Save AutoRecover information every box (in minutes). Then press OK.

For Excel 2007, instead of selecting File -> Options, choose the Office Button -> Excel Options.

And follow similar steps as in Excel 2010.
For Excel 2013, perform the same actions as in Microsoft Excel 2010 above.
Wishing you all success!
