BlackBerry devices support shortcut keys to quickly open applications with the physical keyboard, streamlining multiple operations.
Here's how to set up shortcut keys for applications on BlackBerry Priv:
Step 1: Open the Application Menu > Shortcut Keys > Click Shortcut Keys.
Step 2: Select press mode and alphabet.
- Long press: Hold down the key to open.
- Quick press and hold: Press the key to open.
Step 3: Select Open Application > choose the application you want to open quickly.
That's it! Just slide up the keyboard and tap on the designated letter to quickly open the application.
Note: This feature only works when performed on the home screen.
