Office 2019 has garnered widespread usage globally since its recent release, Vietnam being no exception. By default, Office 2019 displays its interface in English upon installation, posing challenges for non-English proficient users. However, fret not, as despite its novelty, Office 2019 offers extensive language support, allowing users worldwide to customize and switch languages. In Vietnam, you can seamlessly install Vietnamese Language for Office 2019 to replace the default language on the Microsoft Office suite.

Guide to Setting Up Vietnamese Language for Office 2019
Similar to setting up Vietnamese language for Office 2013 or Office 2016, the steps for Office 2019 are quite alike. To make it clearer, here are the detailed steps.
Step 1: After successfully installing Office 2019 -> open any application (Word, Excel, or Powerpoint) -> Then click on the File menu on the application's toolbar.
Step 2: In the new window interface -> select Options from the list on the bottom left of the screen.
Step 3: Click on the Language section
Step 4: Click on Not installed
Next, you will see that the language Vietnamese is currently listed as Not installed -> if you want to switch to Vietnamese language, you click on Not installed as shown in the picture below.
If you wish to add another language other than Vietnamese -> select the desired language (in the picture, Mytour chose French) -> then click Add to add the language.
As a result, you will see the French language added alongside Vietnamese, and we tried to add several other languages, most of which are in Not installed status.
Step 5: At this step, since you need to install Vietnamese, you click Not installed for Vietnamese -> next, you will be directed to the page to download Vietnamese fonts for Office 2019. Here, you find and click Download to download Vietnamese font for Office 2019.
Please note that it is important to select the correct download package for Office 2019, either the 32-bit or 64-bit version to avoid installation errors.

If you want to install another language, then choose your desired language, then proceed similarly as with the Vietnamese language above.
Step 6: Once the download process is successful -> run the downloaded file to install.
The installation process is underway, please wait for a few seconds.
Office 2019 will reconfigure language settings in a short period. Please ensure a stable internet connection.
Finally, there will be a notification interface indicating that you have successfully installed -> you click Close to finish changing the Vietnamese language for Office 2019.
Step 7: You open the Word program -> then follow the same steps as steps 1, 2, 3 above to go to the Language section. Then, you select Vietnamese language -> next, you choose Vietnamese language in all 3 boxes as illustrated below.
Note: The positions you need to place the language you want to change are at the top. You can click on the arrow next to move up or down.
Finally, click OK.
Then, click OK again to restart Word 2019.
And here is the result, the interface of Office 2019 when opened with Word program -> the language interface is now Vietnamese.
You try clicking on a menu in Word, the Vietnamese language interface is very user-friendly.
