Download the Windows 8 installation file
Step 1: From the start screen, type 'language' to search.
When the results appear, select Language.
Step 2: After opening, you will see the Add a language button. Click on this button.
Scroll down near the bottom to select the Vietnamese language. Then click Add to add it.
Now go to Options and select Download and install language pack to install the Vietnamese language.
Step 3: Finally, go to Options and choose Make this primary language to select Vietnamese as the primary language, then restart your computer to enjoy the results.
