Step 1 Access Network via Control Panel --> Network and Internet --> Network Connections.
Next, press the Alt key to display the Menu and click on File --> select New Incoming connection to create a new VPN.
Step 2 To customize accounts, click Add someone and select Next to proceed.
Step 3 A New user window will appear; enter the information and click OK.
Step 4 A new window appears with network objects; select the account you just added and click Next to proceed.

Step 8 Now, the VPN configuration is complete. To avoid IP conflicts, configure the IP address for the created VPN by right-clicking on the newly created VPN icon, selecting Properties --> double-clicking on IPV4 (TCP/IPv4)
Step 9 The Incoming IP Properties window appears; Click on Specify IP addresses, enter the IP in From and To different from the current IP address of the machine. Click OK to close this window.
