Step 1: Open your browser and visit the link HERE.

Step 2: A new window will appear, select Continue to proceed with the setup process
Step 3: If you haven't logged into your Microsoft account yet, you'll need to log in to continue accessing your account.
Step 4: After logging in, your phone number will appear on the screen. Now you need to choose a purchase method. You can select one of three payment methods and press Continue.
