Froggy exhibits considerable confidence ahead of SGB's journey at MSI 2022.
The first round-robin stage of MSI 2022 has concluded without many surprises. The highly-rated teams in their respective groups have secured top positions. Saigon Buffalo, returning for the first time to an international League of Legends tournament, has made a notable impression. The 'Herd' has posed significant challenges for T1, particularly the bot lane duo Gumayusi - Keria, and has secured victories against DetonatioN FocusMe and Team Aze. Currently, T1 and SGB are the leading contenders to advance from this group stage.

Despite SGB's commendable performances, there remains a noticeable lack of battle experience. On several occasions, even when in a favorable position, SGB players have made rudimentary mistakes that could prove troublesome if the situation were balanced. Additionally, Froggy's form has sparked concerns among Vietnamese LoL fans, as he has been seen lying down more frequently.

Nevertheless, Froggy remains quite confident. During an interview, he asserts his desire to face off against the top Mid laners at MSI 2022: 'Despite having faced Faker, there are still other formidable opponents. I want to compete against the best, specifically Xiaohu of Royal Never Give Up and CaPs of G2.'

With SGB's strong likelihood of advancing, the prospect of the 'Herd' clashing with G2 and RNG is entirely plausible. CaPs is experiencing a resurgence after a disappointing 2021 season, while Xiaohu remains the most reliable pillar of the 'Royal Squadron.' Undoubtedly, these two Mid laners, similar to Faker, will provide a significant test for Froggy.

However, regardless, the confidence shown by SGB's players is commendable. Considering SGB's low evaluation at MSI 2022, some fans even rate the 'Herd' lower than DFM. What they have demonstrated so far is noteworthy, and it's certain that SGB will continue to surprise in the upcoming matches.
