Finally, iCloud introduces a feature allowing users to share files (up to 5GB) and folders stored on the platform across various devices.
Step 2: Right-click on the file or folder, choose Share => Add People .
Step 3: Here, you can select various sharing options via email, messages, or link. By choosing Copy Link , you can share the file through any messaging or email app.

Next, enter the recipient's email ID or phone number into the designated field.
Step 6: Choose Permission options that allow users to grant read and view permissions to others. If you prefer users not to make any changes to the shared file, select the View only option.
Step 7: Once completed, click the Share button to distribute the file.
