Starting from the front, the Sharp AQUOS R8 Pro features a 6.6-inch IGZO OLED display with Quad-HD+ resolution, a refresh rate of 240Hz, and an impressive maximum brightness of 2,000 nits. For selfie-taking and video calling, this smartphone has a 12.6-megapixel front camera housed in a punch-hole cutout in the middle.
Speaking of photography capabilities, the AQUOS R8 Pro utilizes a dual rear camera system, including a large 47.2-megapixel main sensor measuring 1 inch to deliver quality low-light photos to users. The other camera utilizes a 1.9-megapixel 14-channel spectral sensor with the function of measuring and adjusting the intensity and color of light when capturing photos to produce natural-looking images closer to reality.

Internally, the Sharp AQUOS R8 Pro is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip, with 12GB LPDDR5X RAM and 256GB UFS 4.0 internal storage. Unlike other high-end devices, Sharp's new smartphone still supports a microSD card slot with a maximum capacity of 1TB.
Other features of the device include a 5,000mAh battery with support for both wired and wireless fast charging. On the software side, the phone runs on Android 13 operating system with AQUOS UX 13 user interface. The phone comes in a single black color option and is priced at 32,490 NTD (approximately 24.68 million VND) in the Taiwan market.
