Advertised prices remain unchanged, with some places offering discounts ranging from 5-20% to boost demand.
Ms. Huong, the owner of a heating device store in Hanoi, revealed: 'The price of each product ranges from 350,000 to 550,000 dong for halogen heaters, and 1.5-2.5 million dong for oil heaters. The highest-priced ceramic heater is 3.2 million dong per piece, but it is the most favored by customers.'
During the recent mega sale event on 12.12, many consumers managed to purchase numerous essential products online through major e-commerce platforms such as bathroom heat lamps, floor mats, winter clothing, shoes, hats, towels, hats, duvet covers, wool blankets, cotton blankets, electric blankets, and more.
Additionally, microwave ovens and steam irons have been relatively popular product lines in recent days. Alongside the cold weather factor, shock discounts of up to 30-50% depending on the model have also contributed to the surge in product consumption in 2018.
Currently, items like heating pads and thermal jackets are being enthusiastically sold at stores, supermarkets, and online markets. Depending on the design, type, and origin, prices range from approximately 60,000 to 200,000 dong per piece.
