The light-hearted tale of Episode 5 of 'She-Hulk: Attorney at Law' seems like a calm before the storm, as the impending tempest named Daredevil is set to make a grand entrance.
She-Hulk: Attorney at Law has completed its first leg in the Marvel Cinematic Universe journey. However, the courtroom showdown between the 'Green Giantess' and Titania in Episode 5 seems rather mild and lacks the desired impact. Nevertheless, the exciting climax still leaves Marvel fans eagerly anticipating the next episode.

“She-Hulk” and the Battle for Brand Ownership
As demonstrated in the previous episode, after successfully rallying fans to campaign for legal rights, Titania - the powerhouse antagonist who clashed with She-Hulk in Episode 1 - retaliates against the green-skinned lawyer by... trademarking the name 'She-Hulk' for her own cosmetics brand. Consequently, Jennifer Walters must seek alternative legal representation to reclaim her title, reluctantly turning to her ill-tempered colleague, Mallory Book.

Titania, as described by actress Jameela Jamil, is truly a 'highly vexatious character'. In the Marvel original, Titania is known for her flamboyant and attention-seeking personality, hence Marvel Studios has transformed this character into an... 'influencer' in the modern era of the MCU.
Titania serves as a portrayal of the dark side of 'influencers': Using fame to benefit oneself, not hesitating to engage in petty tricks to polish one's reputation and claim superiority despite lacking much talent.

However, the lawsuit with Titania is also a 'karmic retribution' for Jennifer Walters due to her involvement in another lawsuit related to her former colleague Dennis Bukowski with 'Megan Thee Stallion impersonators'.
If last time Jen deliberately embarrassed Dennis as a witness to help him win the case, this time she finds herself in a similar predicament when she has to invite... the guys she dated in the previous episode to assert that the name 'She-Hulk' was in use (on dating apps) before Titania trademarked it. Nevertheless, remarks like 'She-Hulk is my 'type', not Jennifer Walters' evoke some sympathy from the audience for her clumsy romantic endeavors.

She-Hulk will have her own battle costume, and so will Daredevil!
Perhaps the continuous portrayal of She-Hulk as a lawyer in recent episodes has made audiences almost forget that She-Hulk is also a superhero and will soon be a member of the future Avengers lineup. Therefore, she will have her own battle costume.
Thanks to her close friends Nikki Ramos and Pug Pugliese, Jennifer managed to find a reclusive designer specializing in superhero costumes named Luke Jacobson. This stylish individual has drawn comparisons to the iconic fashion designer Edna Mode from The Incredibles, known for her 'snobbish yet classy' demeanor.

From previous promotional images, it can be seen that She-Hulk's battle costume will be able to stretch in both human and 'Hulk' forms, featuring the iconic white-purple hues from the original comics, but with a more athletic and understated design to suit combat scenarios.

Additionally, the main element that audiences are eagerly awaiting is the return of Daredevil, and it's almost certain that the 'Devil of Hell’s Kitchen' will make an appearance in episode 6, hinted by the details of his helmet, also crafted by Luke Jacobson.
In contrast to the deep crimson of the Netflix Marvel version, the blind vigilante's costume upon returning under Marvel Studios will feature primarily gold and red, reminiscent of the original comic book attire.

Daredevil, or lawyer Matt Murdock, was the attorney who provided legal support (and took some snapshots) for Spider-Man during his trial by the DODC regarding the alleged murder of the villain Mysterio in the events of Spider-Man: No Way Home.

While exciting, many are apprehensive that Daredevil's beloved gritty tone upon returning to the MCU will be 'sanitized'. However, it's still uncertain, especially since his upcoming solo film titled Daredevil: Born Again seems to promise a compelling experience with superior quality akin to the three seasons of the show that Netflix produced.

She-Hulk: Attorney at Law episode 6 is set to premiere on September 22nd.
