To protect your private videos from prying eyes, you want to encrypt and secure them. Video PadLock is the software that helps you quickly and securely encrypt and secure your videos. Follow along below to learn how to encrypt and secure videos using Video PadLock software.
Step 1: Download and install Video PadLock software on your computer.
You can download Video PadLock at: http://applian.com/video-padlock/download.
Step 2: After completing the installation, run the program. It will prompt you to set a password to manage software access. Enter your password in the Password field and re-enter it in the Re-type Password field. Then click OK.

Step 3: The program interface will appear. Click on the red lock icon to add videos that need protection to the program.

The Select files to encrypt dialog box will appear. Navigate to the video you want to encrypt and secure, then click Open.

Step 4: The path to the selected video appears on the program interface. The program automatically encrypts the video upon adding it.

After being encrypted and secured by Video Padlock, the video becomes inaccessible for viewing.

Step 5: To unlock the video, select it from the list of secured files and click on the green background lock icon.

Step 6: Additional options.
You can view added videos in Video Padlock by selecting a video and clicking the Play icon as shown below:

To delete a video, select it and click the trash can icon on the program interface.

To change the password for Video Padlock, click on the Settings icon.

In the Settings dialog box, choose the protection method under Encryption Method: Full Encryption or Partial Encryption. Click Change Password to update the password. After setting up, click OK.
