How to Enable Shortcut Keys in Gmail
Step 1: Log in to gmail -> Click the Settings gear icon in Gmail -->See all Settings
Step 2: Select the Keyboard Shortcuts tab --> and choose Keyboard shortcuts on
Step 3: Click on Save Changes
