3. Steps to make pineapple fried rice
Step 1: Prepare the pineapple
Choose a ripe, beautiful pineapple with even eyes and no dents. Clean the outer skin thoroughly and let it dry. Cut the pineapple in half vertically and scoop out all the pineapple meat from one half to use the shell as a container for the fried rice later.

Step 2: Prepare fresh shrimp, snow peas, and carrots
After buying fresh shrimp, remove the head and shell, then wash and drain. Pick the snow peas and let them drain. If using snow peas, wash and cut into small pieces. Rinse the carrots and cut them into small cubes.

Step 3: Scramble the eggs with cooking oil until cooked, then add carrots, snow peas, and shrimp, stir until shrimp turn red, and vegetables are tender. Add a pinch of salt for flavor.

Step 4: After the shrimp and vegetables are cooked, add the rice and stir until the rice is dry and fluffy. Then add soy sauce and oyster sauce and continue to stir the rice evenly. Finally, add the chopped pineapple meat and stir in the crispy rice crackers for crunchiness (if available).
