Ingredients:
- Shrimp: 200g
- Carrot: 100g
- Chayote squash: 100g
- Garlic, spring onions
- Seasonings: fish sauce, seasoning powder, MSG, oyster sauce, cooking oil, etc.
Preparation:
- Finely minced garlic, thinly sliced spring onions.
- Cut carrots into round slices, chayote squash into bite-sized squares. Soak chayote squash in diluted saltwater to remove the sap.
- Clean the shrimp, remove the black thread, discard the heads, peel, and marinate with minced garlic, oyster sauce, ¼ teaspoon of MSG, and 1 teaspoon of fish sauce for 5 minutes.

- Next, add carrots and stir-fry for 1 minute before adding chayote squash and stir-frying quickly.
