1. Agar Jelly Dessert with Coconut Milk

1 packet of Crunchy Agar Agar Powder
400 ml Soaked Grapes
500 ml Soaked Plums
400 g Blueberries
400 ml Coconut Milk
300 ml Unsweetened Fresh Milk
8 Pandan Leaves
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
50g Caster Sugar
10 tbsp Granulated Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
How to make agar jelly dessert with coconut milk
Step 1: Coconut Milk Straining
Wash the pandan leaves thoroughly, chop them into small pieces, and put them in a blender with 500ml of filtered water. Blend well and strain to extract pandan leaf juice.
Place the pandan leaf residue in a bowl, add another 500ml of water, and knead thoroughly to extract diluted pandan leaf juice.
Step 2: Soaking and Cooking Agar Jelly
Mix half a packet of Crunchy Agar Agar Powder with the pandan leaf water. Meanwhile, transfer the remaining half packet to another pot, add 1 liter of water, and soak for 20 minutes.
Place 2 pots of agar jelly on the stove, stir evenly over medium heat. Once the mixture boils, reduce the heat and simmer for an additional 1 minute, then season with 1/8 teaspoon of salt and 5 tablespoons of sugar.
Afterward, let the agar jelly cool before transferring it to the refrigerator.
Step 3: Cooking Coconut Milk
Bring 400 ml coconut milk, 300ml unsweetened fresh milk, and 50g sugar, 1/6 tsp salt to a boil over high heat. After turning off the heat, add 1 tsp vanilla extract, stir well, and let cool.
Step 4: Cooking Fruit Syrup
Drain the soaked plums and grapes, then pour the soaking water into a pot and bring to a boil. Next, add the blueberries and cook for 3 minutes, then turn off the heat. Allow the syrup to cool before transferring it to the refrigerator.
Step 5: Dicing Agar Jelly and Completing the Dish
Pour the soaked plums and grapes back into the fruit syrup along with the blueberries you just prepared.
For the final step, proceed to cut the set agar jelly into bite-sized pieces and place them in a glass. Then, add the soaked grapes, along with the plums and blueberries (you can also add additional agar jelly cubes according to preference).
