Easy-to-Make Stir-Fried Meat Vermicelli
Ingredients:
– Pork or beef
– Vermicelli noodles
– Bean sprouts, fresh herbs, cucumber
– Onion
– Carrot
– Lime juice
– Spices: scallions, lemongrass, chili, garlic, shallots, bouillon, fish sauce, salt, sugar, broth powder

Step 1: Prepare Ingredients
– After purchasing, clean the pork (or beef) with water, slice it thinly for easy consumption
– Peel and julienne the carrot. Carefully pick and wash the bean sprouts and fresh herbs with salted water. Cut scallions into segments
– Peel the onion and cut it into wedges
– Peel and finely chop garlic and shallots
