Step 1: Open the image in Photoshop.
- Note: If the image is locked, unlock the Layer by clicking on the lock icon in the Layer menu.
Step 2: Press the Ctrl + A key combination to select the entire image.
Step 3: Go to Select, choose Modify => Border.
Step 4: Adjust Pixels , possibly leaving it at the default 1.
