With just a few simple steps, you'll have homemade seasoning powder from pork to enhance your cooking.
Ingredients:

- 700 grams of lean pork
- 100 grams of salt
- 60 grams of sugar
- 2 bulbs of purple onions, thinly sliced
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 4 stalks of crushed green onion whites
- 1 slice of ginger, thinly sliced
- 3 tablespoons of fish sauce
Procedure:
Step 1: Clean and dry the pork, slice it and place it in a dish along with purple onions + garlic + green onions + ginger and fish sauce. Steam for 20 minutes until the meat is cooked. Then place the meat + onions and garlic on a silver paper-lined tray, bake for another 20 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
Step 2: Now grind the dried meat along with onions and garlic in a grinder. Once the meat is finely ground, put it back on the tray and continue drying for 20 minutes at 100 degrees Celsius.

Step 3: After 20 minutes, if the meat is still not completely dry, grind it once more in the grinder with sugar and salt. After this round of grinding, you need to dry it for another 20 minutes until the seasoning powder is completely dry, then sift the seasoning powder for smoothness.

Sift the powder for smoothness

Dry powder will have a longer shelf life
Note: To preserve the seasoning powder for an extended period, you need to dry it. If you don't have an oven, you can dry it on a pan over the lowest heat.
Wishing you all success.
