II. Structure of Vietmap Car Tracking Device
1. Location of the OBDII port on the vehicle
Most modern cars have the OBDII port typically located above the brake pedal, easily distinguishable by its 16-pin configuration.
2. Removing and Installing the SIM Card
- Use the SIM card removal tool and insert it into the slot.
- Then push the SIM removal tool up while holding the outer casing of the OB01 to release it.
- Repeat the same process with the second slot and remove the outer casing of the OB01.
- Open the SIM card slot and insert the SIM card correctly.
- Press the SIM slot cover into the LOCK position and lock it.
3. Operation Method
3.1 Startup
After inserting the SIM card, the device will power on using the backup battery.
When the device is plugged into the OBD port in the car, the internal battery will be charged.
3.2 Power Off
After removing the device from the OBD port in the car, the SIM card must be removed to completely turn off the device.
If the SIM card is not removed, the device will operate on the backup battery until it runs out of power.

1. How to download the app
- Open the CH Play or App Store app
- Navigate to the search section and enter the software name 'Vietmap Motrak'
- Proceed with the download and installation process
2. Account Registration and Activation
Step 1: Choose 'Register' for an account
Step 2: Scan the barcode from your device or manually input the IMEI
Step 3: Enter the vehicle license plate, SIM phone number, and car manufacturer
Step 4: Provide user's phone number, password, full name, email, and address
