Ingredients for Korean Mixed Noodles

- 300g Korean glass noodles
- 150g beef sirloin
- 100g chive leaves (or substitute with garlic chives)
- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- 50g shiitake mushrooms
- Wood ear mushrooms
- Dalat sweet peppers
- 3 eggs
- Sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic, pepper, and other spices
- Cilantro, green onions
Method:
Marinate with the spices

Clean the beef, cut into bite-sized pieces, then marinate with sesame oil, pepper, minced chili, minced garlic, and 1 teaspoon of soy sauce.
Quickly blanch wood ear mushrooms and shiitake mushrooms, then clean and cut them into strips. Also, soak wood ear mushrooms in hot water.
Clean and julienne carrots and onions. Rinse and drain water from water spinach, sweet peppers, cilantro, and green onions. Cut them into desired lengths.

Boil the glass noodles in boiling water for approximately 5 minutes, then soak them in a bowl of lukewarm water to separate the strands. If they are too long, trim them with scissors.
