Simple Lemongrass Chili Duck Recipe for Flavorful Dinner
Ingredients
- Duck meat
- Lemongrass 2-3 stalks
- Fresh chili peppers, 2-3 fruits
- Seasonings: salt, broth powder, garlic, sugar, fish sauce, dried shallots, pepper…
- White vinegar, white wine, fresh lime
- Toasted sesame seeds
- Fresh coconut milk

Prepare Ingredients
- Wash the duck thoroughly with water. Then rinse with vinegar or white wine. Squeeze to remove any odor from the duck meat. You can also use fresh lime and salt to remove any unpleasant smell. Rinse again with water and drain.
- Cut the duck into bite-sized pieces, or you can debone the meat. Put the duck meat in a bowl and mix with the following ingredients: Fish sauce, sugar, pepper, minced lemongrass, broth powder, water, chili peppers. Marinate the duck meat for about 10-15 minutes.
- Peel and finely chop the dried shallots
- Wash the lemongrass thoroughly, pound it, and finely chop it
- Remove seeds from chili peppers and finely slice them, adjust the amount according to your desired level of spiciness
