
1. Homemade Pizza Recipe
Essential Ingredients:
- - One traditional rice cake

- 50 grams of shredded cheese
- Bell peppers, carrots, zucchinis, sweet corn, green beans, sweetcorn, 2 eggs, and scallions
Firstly, peel the cake and separate the meat and the cake skin. Rinse the bell peppers, then slice them thinly. Dice the carrots. Chop the scallions finely.

Step 2: Fry the rice cake
Put the cake skin in a bowl, add an egg and chopped scallions, mix well. Heat a non-stick pan, add a little oil, spread it evenly across the pan. Once the oil is slightly hot, pour the mixture onto the pan, spread it evenly with a spoon, fry for about 2 minutes over low heat.
Next, add all the cake filling along with all the vegetables and cheese. Make a hole in the middle, then pour the remaining egg into it.

Step 3: Complete the pizza cake
Cover the pan with a lid, continue frying the cake over low heat (for about 7 - 8 minutes) until the bottom is golden and crispy, and the top is evenly cooked. Turn off the heat. Transfer the pizza cake to a plate, sprinkle some chopped scallions on top. Cut the cake into small pieces, you can drizzle some tomato sauce or chili sauce according to your taste preference, then enjoy.
