How to Set iPhone Ringtones
SETTING IPHONE RINGTONES WITH CUSTOM MUSIC
Preparation:
- Download and install the latest version of iTunes on your computer: Get iTunes here
- Download and install 3uTools software: Get 3uTools here
Step 1: Launch the 3uTools software and connect your device to the computer.
Step 2: In the 3uTools software interface, click on the Ringtones section and select Make Ringtone as shown below to create and change iPhone ringtones
Step 3: A dialog box for creating ringtones will appear. Here, there are 2 options to choose the source of your ringtone: From PC (using music from your computer) and From iDevice (using music already on your device). Here, Mytour selects From PC with a song previously downloaded to the computer.
Step 4: Navigate to the folder containing the song you want to make a ringtone for iPhone, iPad, then click Open
Step 5: Once the song is uploaded, use the mouse cursor to move the slider to define the start and end points of your favorite ringtone segment.
Note: The selected segment should not exceed 40 seconds
Step 6: After identifying the desired ringtone segment, click on the Generate Ringtone option
Step 7: Upon successful ringtone cutting, a small dialog box will appear. Click Import to iDevice to transfer the ringtone to your iPhone, iPad
Step 8: Open your iPhone, iPad and go to Settings > Sound > Ringtone, then select the newly created song to set it as your iPhone, iPad ringtone.
