Step 1: Click on this link: https://t.me/setlanguage/abcxyz > Then, the website will prompt you to open the Telegram app > Click on Open to proceed to the next steps. 

Step 2: In this step, to set up Telegram in Vietnamese > Click on the Change option. Or, if you do not wish to change the language anymore > You can click on the Cancel option next to it to cancel.

Step 3: Check if the main interface has switched to the Vietnamese version of Telegram or not. If it has, the interface on your phone will appear as shown in the image below.

Note: If you want to switch back from Vietnamese to another language, you can do so as follows: Select Settings > Then, scroll down and select Language.
