Ingredients for making jellyfish salad:
- Jellyfish: 300g (You can save time by buying pre-packaged jellyfish available at many large markets and supermarkets).
- Peanuts: 50g
- White sesame seeds: 20g
- Carrot: 1 piece
- Onion: 1 bulb
- Bean sprouts: 100g
- Cucumbers: 2 pieces
- Lime leaves, lime, lemongrass, basil leaves, chili
- Seasonings: Sugar, soup powder, sesame oil
Implementation steps:

Remove the packaged jellyfish from the bag, squeeze out all the water, then place the jellyfish in a bowl
Step 2: Toast white sesame seeds in a pan until golden brown, then pour them into a bowl.
Step 3: Roast peanuts until golden brown, then spread them out on a plate to cool, and finely grind them in a mortar.
Step 4:

Clean the carrots, peel them, and then julienne them.

Wash and drain fresh basil leaves, lemon grass, and chili before finely slicing them.
Step 5:

Cleanse cucumbers and soak them in a diluted saltwater solution to sterilize. Then, cut the cucumbers in half, remove the seeds, and slice them thinly. It's recommended to keep the skin on for added crunchiness when eating.

- You can prepare the jellyfish salad mixture with the following recipe: In a bowl, combine 1/2 cup boiling water, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 tablespoon cornstarch, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, and 1 tablespoon lime juice. Stir well with chopsticks until the ingredients are fully dissolved.

– Transfer the prepared jellyfish into a large bowl, then add onions, bean sprouts, onions, carrots, lemon leaves, lemongrass, basil leaves, chili, and finally pour in the freshly made salad dressing. Use your hands to mix thoroughly. Allow it to marinate for about 15 minutes, then transfer to a serving plate. Before serving, sprinkle crushed peanuts and white sesame seeds on top for added flavor.
