- Whole coconuts: 6 fruits;
- Agar agar powder: 20-30g;
- Coconut water: 300ml;
- Fresh coconut water: 3 liters;
- Sugar: 200g.
Steps to follow:
Step 1: Mix 5g-10g of agar agar powder thoroughly with sugar, ensuring no water is added.
Step 2: Pour the coconut water into a pot, then slowly add the mixture of agar agar powder and sugar, stirring well by hand to prevent lumps.
