Step 1: Log in to Google Meet on your computer. Click quick access HERE

- To schedule a meeting in the future, choose Create a meeting for later.
- To instantly start a meeting with a link, choose Start an instant meeting.
- To schedule a meeting in Google Calendar, choose Schedule in Google Calendar.
Select Schedule in Google Calendar to schedule a meeting at 1 PM today.
Step 4:
- Enter the meeting title in the Title/Add title section.
- In the Timezone row, adjust the meeting to 1 PM today. Specifically in this article, I set it from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
Note:
+ If it's a daily meeting, check the Every day/All day option.
+ If it's a recurring meeting, click the downward arrow icon (next to the Does not repeat line) to adjust.
+ If the meeting is a one-time event, keep the Does not repeat option unchanged.
- Add a location (Add location), Add a notification (Add notification), Add a description (Add description), Add guests (Add guests) as per your preferences.
Step 5: Once you've filled in the information, click on Save.
For example: I'm scheduling a meeting with the title 'Admin Meeting' at 1:00 PM today, lasting from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. The meeting description is 'Admin Meeting,' add an attendee, and click on Save. The specific steps are as follows:
Step 6: At this point, Google Meet will ask 'Would you like to send invitation emails to Google Calendar guests?'
=> Click on Send to complete the process.
Step 7: Google Meet will automatically create a meeting scheduled for 1:00 PM today. Click on the meeting title in the calendar to copy the meeting code and send it to the invitees.
Alternatively, if you clicked 'Send' in step 5, the invitees have already received an invitation notification via email.
